Synopsis

Validation of the Percepta Nasal Swab clinical-genomic classifier for lung cancer risk in patients with pulmonary nodules. In the primary validation set, sensitivity and specificity for low-risk classification were 96% and 42%, and for high-risk classification 58% and 90%. Kennedy is thirteenth of fourteen authors; Veracyte had announced the pivotal validation data on May 19, 2021, and the paper appeared after her December 2022 departure.
