Synopsis

The paper that introduced array-based genotyping of many thousands of single-nucleotide polymorphisms across large numbers of individuals, for genetic studies of the molecular basis of complex human phenotypes. A 2006 NHGRI primer cites "Kennedy et al, Nature Biotech, 2003" as the reference for the Affymetrix GeneChip Mapping Assay. The full author list and DOI were not retrieved from the journal.
