Synopsis

The prospective clinical validation of the Envisia Genomic Classifier, which had a high positive predictive value for identifying usual interstitial pneumonia in conventional transbronchial lung biopsy samples and could be used in place of surgical lung biopsy to confirm a diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Veracyte announced the publication on April 1, 2019, quoting Kennedy as chief scientific officer and chief medical officer and an author. She is twenty-eighth of thirty authors.
