These aggregator pages are the only sources found for the directorship. Three targeted searches surfaced no press release, no company team page and no filing naming her, and the company’s own website could not be used as a source because it was found to be serving unrelated content at the time of research. The claim therefore stays at the lowest confidence tier and is shown on this site as an open question rather than as fact.
If the listing is correct, the seat would have overlapped with her final years at Veracyte, where she was Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Medical Officer from January 2018 and Global Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Medical Officer from January 2022.
